Will it arrive in one piece?
Each piece is wrapped on its own and boxed for glass. If anything arrives broken, email us a photo of the piece and the box within 72 hours of delivery and we send a replacement free of charge, nothing to send back. In a set, we replace the piece that broke.
How do I wash it?
By hand, with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. The hand-painted colour does not like dishwashers, soaking or scrubbing, so give it the same care as a good wine glass.
Do you ship to my country, and are there duties?
We ship to more than 60 countries. Shipping is free over $50, and the exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Outside the US, local customs may charge duties or VAT on delivery; they are not included in our price. Shipping details
What if I change my mind?
Within 24 hours of ordering, email hello@loveecru.com with your order number and we cancel it. After delivery, you have 14 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund of the item price; return shipping is paid by you, and approved refunds reach your card within 7 to 14 business days. The vase is just perfect. I let the vase stand out here by not loading it up with colorful blooms and let the majestic magnolia reside in order to complement each other.
I love the whole illusion concept, it looks even better in person. One`s first instinct with paper cups is to crumple it so its a cool effect, plus the colors make it pop ! I wish there was a 8 oz version for smaller hands but this ones are amazing !!
