Very nice. It keeps the coffee hot for quite a long time. I can't explain it, but the coffee really stays very hot.
They are true to the photographs which is unusual in other products,the colours are true ,size is correct ,I just received them so I have not used them yet but everything looks great .i have noticed that there seems to be other brands out there now with more competitive pricing but i dont know the quality.

Unfortunately the item was poorly packaged for international freight with no bubble wrap or fragile sticker on the outside. One of the cups arrived completely broken. The other one was great!
