Shipping Info

 

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders of $70 and above. For orders below $70 would be $7.99.
  • We use Yamato, UPS, USPS, DHL, 17 track and Nextsmartship price list to determine the price of shipping.
  • All shipments are insured and well protected against damages.
  • Most orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. ( In peak times or holidays, there might be minor delays, but we always strive for prompt delivery.)
  • Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and EMAIL & SMS notification once your order is out for delivery.
  • Average shipping time is between 5-10 days
  • Average delivery time for Yoshida Pottery is 2-5 weeks.

More Shipping Info

 

  • All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. If you would like to adjust your order, please let us know immediately. 
  • All products are shipped from our Japan and China warehouse. Once shipped, we will update your order with a tracking number. It then takes between 5 to 10 days to be delivered to your country.
  • In rare cases the delivery could take over 14 days usually cased by public holidays. In such case of any delay rest assured that your order is safely on its way and you may track its status HERE

      LoveÉcru is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

      Orders that are returned to us without notifying us, and incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will upon return to us be issued a refund by deducting all shipping and duty fees and 10% of the value of products as handling charges. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the items will not be held responsible for delayed or damaged items caused by shipping carrier, or items lost in transit.

      We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with shipping carrier.

      If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we are unable to refund/replace orders.

      *A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served. LoveÉcru will inform you if your destination requires a remote area surcharge.
