Shipping Details
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 USD
- Shipping Fee: $7.99 USD for orders under $50 USD
We calculate shipping costs using rates from Yamato, UPS, USPS, DHL, 17Track, and NextSmartShip.
Shipping Protection and Processing
All orders are insured and carefully packaged. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delays may occur during peak times, but our goal is timely delivery.
Tracking and Notifications
Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number along with email and SMS notifications when your order is out for delivery.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 days
- Yoshida Pottery: 2-5 weeks

Processing and Shipping
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 3 working days upon payment confirmation. If you need to adjust your order, please let us know promptly.
- Dispatch: From Japan and China
- Estimated Delivery: 4-10 days to most destinations
- Holiday Delay: Delivery can take up to 14 days during holidays.
Return and Refund Policy
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued with shipping and duty fees deducted, plus a 10% handling charge. Re-shipment is not available for returned orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once handed to the carrier, we have no control over your package. If marked delivered but missing, please file claims with the shipping carrier as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.
* Remote Area Surcharge: For remote destinations such as islands or highlands, a surcharge may apply. We will inform you if your location requires this surcharge.
