Initiating a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@loveecru.com with your order number, items for return, and reason for return. Returns can be requested within 14 days of receipt for products under our 14-day money-back guarantee.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will replace or refund if the item is out of stock, covering replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items used, worn, or missing original packaging.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.
  • Items purchased under bundles or other discounts.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Items returned in non-resaleable condition may incur a restocking fee.

Furniture Policy
Our furniture is made-to-order and non-returnable once ordered. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Order Mistakes & Cancellations
For incorrect shipping addresses, we’ll attempt to assist but cannot guarantee refunds. We do not currently accept cancellations but offer store credit upon request.
