A cup carved all over with small scallops, the shinogi technique, so it catches light in dozens of tiny facets. No handle; you hold it in both hands. The saucer is plain, to let the cup speak.

Made by hand in Japan by Masakazu Yoshida, in white or black.

Masakazu Yoshida makes each piece by hand in his studio in Japan, in small runs and to order. Glaze colour, texture and finish vary from piece to piece, and delivery takes around 2–5 weeks.
