About returned goods
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
●Please check the product even if you do not use it immediately.
In case of returns, exchanges or damage, please contact us within 14 days after the item arrives.
●Although every care has been taken in the inspection and packing, if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the ordered product, it will be returned or replaced immediately.

We will make replacement arrangements promptly.
Also, at the time of replacement, we may be out of stock due to our circumstances. In that case, we will refund.
●If the product is damaged or the product is wrong, we will bear the full cost of shipping.

We also accept size exchanges.
In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping fee for replacement or the refund fee. Please understand that you will have to pay for the shipping fee in the event of a return or exchange even if the shipping fee is 50 Euro or more, or if the shipping fee is "free shipping”.
‧Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
‧We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
When returning glassware or ceramics, carefully pack the goods to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We are not obligated to accept returns of goods damaged during shipping.
We will let you know as soon as we’ve received your return and processed your refund. It may take up to 14 business days from the date we process your refund for it to reflect on your original form of payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
●Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
‧If the product is different from what you expected
‧Products that the customer himself has damaged or soiled
‧Products that have been used even once
‧Products that have been delivered for more than 14 days
‧Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
‧Products purchased under promotion, such as bundles are not eligible for return.
‧If customer fails to pick up her/his shipment and/or the products are returned/returning to the country of origin. (In such case, refund will be possible but the customer must cover a restocking fee that may be up to 25% of the total purchase value)
Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by customers.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the returned product has been used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, LoveEcru has the right to charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product.
