About Returned Goods

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Even if you don't plan to use the product right away, please check it for any issues.
  • If the product is damaged, soiled, or incorrect, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to report any damage or issues. Email us or use your order history to initiate a return.

  • Replacement Stock: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
  • Return for Convenience: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons, please contact us via email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size adjustments. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any refund fees.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if they exceed €50 or if "free shipping" was applied.
  • Duties & Taxes: We cannot refund duties or customs fees.

For fragile items like glassware or ceramics, please pack them carefully to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for returns damaged during shipping.

We’ll notify you upon receiving and processing your return. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to reflect on your original payment method.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted in these cases:

  • Items differ from personal expectations
  • Customer-damaged or soiled products
  • Used products, even if only once
  • Items delivered for more than 14 days
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Promotional items, including bundles
  • Items returned due to a failure to pick up the shipment, resulting in a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted. Customers bear the cost of return shipping.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, although it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.

If the returned product is used, damaged, or not resaleable, LoveÉcru reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to the full value of the product.
