Returns, refunds & cancellations
We want you to feel good about your LoveÉcru order. If something isn’t quite right, email hello@loveecru.com with your order number.
Request a return within 14 days
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the items you would like to return, and your reason. We will send you the return instructions. Keep items unused and unworn, with their original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Order cancellations
Yes, you can cancel. Email hello@loveecru.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number to request a cancellation. Our team will confirm the next steps. After 24 hours, we can no longer cancel your order. You can still request a return after delivery under the conditions below.
What is covered
Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers all products purchased from LoveÉcru, including sale items, bundles, discounted purchases, gift cards, and furniture, subject to these return conditions.
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Complimentary promotional gifts cannot be returned.
Furniture is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee and return conditions. Furniture exchanges are not available.
Return shipping and costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Used or worn items, or items missing their original packaging, are not eligible for return. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale, a restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement and cover replacement shipping costs. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. To check on a refund, email us with your order number.
Incorrect delivery address
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will try to help, but refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be guaranteed.

Contact us first so we can send you the return instructions. Pack your items carefully in their original packaging to help them arrive safely.
