I really love the book holder I ordered. It's actually bigger than I expected and holds the books perfectly. Very minimal and looks great. The shipping took a long time but otherwise I am very happy with my purchase!
Exactly as expected. I only want more
Product is exactly as described. Only dislikes are that it took about a month to arrive and the box was in bad condition. The writings and condition of the shipping made it seem like this item was mass produced for very cheap then sold and dropshipped by LoveEcru for a lot more. Not sure if it’s true, just the vibe I got.
Store owner replied: Hi Eric, thank you so much for your honest review. We’re glad the spiral book holder was exactly as described. We’re sorry the delivery felt long. This item was on preorder when your order was placed, which is why it took longer than usual to arrive. We also want to clarify that this product is made by us. Because of the item’s size and shipping costs, we use compact economical packaging, but we’re sorry the box arrived in poor condition. Your feedback is helpful, and we’ll keep improving the packaging experience. Thank you again for supporting LoveÉcru.
