Awesome clock love it
C'est graphiquement très beau !surtout le lettrage et l'aiguille. J'en ai acheté 12 ,fonction déco. 12 en cercle, pour 12 chiffres ,alternance 3 couleurs.
Excellent - classic clock
All great
It needs to clow in the dark. Simple.
I eventually received my clock, and I'm very happy with the product itself. The quality is excellent. However, the delivery process needs to be improved. The parcel was delivered to a local pickup point and sat there for several days, but I was never told which pickup point it had been sent to. I spent a lot of time trying to locate it, contacting customer support and visiting several collection shops before finally finding it. A simple solution would be to notify customers of the name and address of the pickup point as soon as the parcel arrives there. That would avoid a great deal of unnecessary frustration. The product deserves 5 stars, but the delivery communication needs improvement. I hope this can be addressed for future customers.
Store owner replied: Hi Kenneth, Thank you for your kind words and for the 5-star review! We’re sorry about the delivery experience and completely understand your frustration. We’ll share your feedback with our shipping partners and work on improving pickup point notifications for future customers. We hope you enjoy your Orbit Alarm Clock!
